Combining the flexibility of different paper weight options and the use of different packing techniques can make PAPERplus® an economical choice for virtually any application. PAPERplus® pads provide the strength and durability to Stabilise heavy objects and the bulk needed for superior cushioning and void-fill.
PAPERplus® machines from Storopack provide the versatility that makes them easy to integrate into any packaging environment. With options such as single and double packing tables, vertical and horizontal machine designs, and tabletop or floor models, PAPERplus® offers maximum efficiencies for space and production capacity.
PAPERplus® Classic offers the most versatile function of any in-the-box paper packaging product. Choose from two versions of the PAPERplus® Classic machines and a variety of paper ranges that provide paper pads for different packing situations depending on space and production capacity. Our standard machine model produces slightly bulkier paper mattresses that work well in larger boxes. PAPERplus® GE, the optimized GE machine model uses smaller paper rolls to produce pads that allow easier handling for packaging in small and medium size boxes. This smaller pad meets the economical needs of today´s smaller carton shipper.
PAPERplus® Chevron is the smartest packing filler ever created. Using our patented pleating technique, Chevron combines paper and air to form a very lightweight and flexible 10 centimetre tube that gives you maximum fill with less paper. You’ll use fewer packing materials and your packages will be lighter, saving you money in two critical areas.
With lightening speed, the PAPERplus® Shooter boosts packing production by combining high-speed equipment with a unique pulling system that unwinds paper from the inside of the roll. As the paper passes through the machine it is shaped and formed into a pad which is cut off to the selected length. This system automatically creates multi-layer void-fill from one-ply paper and eliminates slow manual folding and crumpling to save you time and material costs.
We integrate our PAPERplus® machines in your logistics. We also design and build special configurations on request. Storopack’s Systems Integration Department works closely with you to develop a plan that provides the most efficient methods to deliver and use your packing materials.
After a thorough analysis our engineers go to work to develop a proposal that effectively integrates the new machines into your existing facility or, if appropriate, a completely new layout of your packaging area.
We only use PEFC certified paper from the eco friendly forest and timber industry.
Paper can be easily recycled together with used corrugated cases, newspapers and other paper waste. The organic parts (cellulose and lignin – plant extracts) are biodegradable. Storopack does not use coated paper.
PEFC (Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) is the world's largest forest certification system. PEFC works throughout the entire forest supply chain to promote good practice in the forest and to ensure that timber and non-timber forest products are produced with respect for the highest ecological, social and ethical standards.
Reducing the width of the paper rolls save up to 20 % of our natural resources wood and energy (water, electricity) in the production process. In combination with a state of the art paper packaging converter the performance is suitable for 90 % of all packaging applications. Some of the range is partly made from recycled fibre, making very effective usage of the recycle chain.
PAPERplus® Chevron combines paper and air to form a very lightweight and flexible 100 mm diameter tube that gives maximum volume for void fill with less paper consumption.
PAPERplus® Chevron use fewer packing materials and your packages will be lighter, saving natural resources and a reduction in the transportation volume.
