Packaging chips, also referred to as Loose Fill packaging, are an all-purpose packaging means to suit any requirement. The small chips are formed from EPS (polystyrene) providing a very light-weight and cost-effective cushioning material that protects goods against damages during transportation.
The interlocking ‘s’ shape packaging material offers ideal protection by forming a protective pad around the product and reliably closing every empty void within the box. The Loose Fill packaging is dust-free and doesn’t have a limited shelf life enhancing its environmental features of being reusable and recyclable.
Packaging chips in unique bio-quality
For companies in which environmental protection is part of the corporate philosophy our range also includes an environment-friendly alternative: biodegradable Loose Fill made of vegetable starch. The packaging chips are also recyclable as they are manufactured from renewable raw materials, water-soluble and residue-free compostable, making the product easy to dispose of in normal domestic waste.

PELASPAN® - REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE
Mostly made of 100 % post consumer and post industrial waste. PELASPAN® is produced without CFCs (Chlorofluorocarbons) or HCFCs (Hydrochlorofluorocarbons). Its light weight helps to save fuel during transport. PELASPAN® is fully recyclable as well as reusable. Disposal into established recycle circuits helps to increase reduction of virgin raw material use.
PELASPAN® BIO / Renature® - REDUCE, REUSE, RENEW
Made of renewable and fully biodegradable raw material. PELASPAN® BIO and Renature® are certified compostable according to the US ASTM D6400 (www.astm.org) and European EN 13432 (www.european-bioplastics.org) standards. Its light weight helps to save fuel during transport. PELASPAN® BIO and Renature® are fully compostable and can be disposed of in normal domestic or in bio waste.
